At NationalBirthCertificate.com we are commited to serving our customers first. We have two goals we insist on meeting for each customer.

Number 1 is our customers Privacy. We gather lots of personal information, right down to your mother's maiden name. This is the type of information that you would not normally give to just anyone. Therefore we want to make you aware of the steps we have taken to protect your personal information and privacy.

• First of all we ask you to fax your documents to us instead of using e-mail.
• Secondly, your payment information is taken in two ways, one is our fee which is processed online through a secure network and the second fee is processed by the State agency which is used to obtain your records.
• Thirdly, once your request is completed, all correspondce from you and State agencies are put in sealed files and stored for 6 months and then destroyed. These files are not re-opened for any reason, unless specifically requested by you (the owner of the file), with proper identification.
• Fourth, your information (i.e. e-mail address, name, address, phone number, etc...) will not be sold to any other parties.
