Q. How do I request a Birth Certificate?
A. Click the Birth Certificate button, located at the top left of this page. Complete the form, print it, sign it. Click the "Make Payment" button at the bottom of the page. Once you complete the payment fax the completed Birth Certificate form and a copy of your state photo id (usually a drivers license) to us at 1-800-599-9442. That's it, you can expect your Birth Certificate in the time frame you paid for.
Q. How will I know that my Birth Certificate request is being processed.
A. You will receive 2 e-mails. The first e-mail is the payment confirmation. The second e-mail let's you know that we have processed your order.
Q. How long does it take to get my Birth Certificate once I fax the paper work?
A. Refer to the "Processing Time" page to see how many business days your State requires for processing.
Q. Can I request a "RUSH" order?
A. Rush orders are common, their are additional fees associated with this request. Overnight delivery of documents to your home or office ($25.00).

Q. Are these Birth Certificates legal?
A. Most certainly, the Birth Certificates obtained by NationalBirthCertificate.com are aquired directly from State Government agencies and are legal documents that can be used as passports in some Countries.
Q. I need a Birth Certificate for my child, who is under the age of 18 and doesn't have a Driver's License or any other State Identification.
A. That's OK, we can accept the Legal Parent or Guardians State Identification instead.

A. I'm sorry, but the only way to find out if a Birth Certificate exists, is to request the Birth Certificate.
Q. I live in another country, can you send my Birth Certificate to me?
A. We use Fedex as our courier service and they can deliver worldwide.
