National Birth Certificate

National Birth Certificate is a company that provides a service to consumers for a fee. We assist consumers in obtaining their Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Divorce Decrees and Passports. Our fees are for assisting our customers in obtaining State issued certificates in an efficient and timely manner.

Refunds for National Birth Certificate fees will be made only if the following responsibilities to our customers are not met.

• We gather information from the Request Form faxed or mailed to us by our customers.
• Although we have no way of verifing our customers information, we inspect each Request Form for common errors before processing with the state agency.
• We complete the appropriate State Agency forms with the information provided to us by our customers.

Refunds for National Birth Certificate fees will not be made if any of these statements are true:

• If the customer is contacted by the State issuing agency for further information and the customer does not respond, we will not issue a refund.
• If the information on our Request form, that the customer completes, contains incorrect information, we will not issue a refund.
• If the Certificate can not be found by the State, we will not issue a refund.
• If processing takes longer than the average processing time stated on our "Fees/Processing Times" web page, we will not issue a refund. The "Fees/Processing Times" web page is kept updated on a monthly basis.
• If the credit card used for processing your order with the state is declined.
• If customer fails to fax all required forms, we will not issue a refund.
• Once payment has been made, there will absolutely be no refunds.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL

States fees range from $25 and up, including express courier delivery. We will not, under any circumstances, refund State agency processing fees.

We keep records of every order received online, along with the signed Request form. We have a call log of all phone calls in and out of our office. We have copies of all shipping documentation to our customers with the customers signature of receipt.

Once National Birth Certificate processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
